Welcome to Copperfield Our organization's primary goal is to promote a sense of "Community" within Copperfield. We are able to do this through the participation of the neighborhood. The greater the number of neighbors who participate, will translate into a beautiful neighborhood we can all be proud of. Community participation in beautification projects, home maintenance, and respect for our common areas will improve property values. As an association our goal is to work together as neighbors to make our community the best and safest place to live. We must all support the association with our ideas, time, and money. What does our dues pay for? For your tax deductible dues payment of $30.00 per year you pay for the upkeep, and electric bills on our entrance sign. Purchasing banners and signs, participation in the East Montgomery Neighborhood Association, and our annual sponsored activities. Please, now is the time to participate in our association. We need all of the residents to come out, help, and pay your dues. What made you buy in Copperfield? Think of those reasons and expect that your neighbors or a potential buyer may have the same dreams as you. If you see someone who is not taking care of their property such as they are parking in the grass, not performing outside maintenance, leaving junk out, or being disrespectful of our neighborhood DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ( see contact page). |
