HOMES FOR SALE: There are some homes for sale in
our neighborhood so please tell anyone you know that we
have a safe place to live and encourage them to look
here. We need good neighbors and ones that want to
help to keep our neighborhood safe.
311: This number is offered for a one place to call for
any city services. It is up and working now so please
use it. Citizens can track the progress of their request
with a tracking ID number given to you at the time of your
call. It can be used for things like parking in the grass,
not cutting the grass, junk in yards or on the driveway,
someone working on their car in the yard or in the drive
way and many other things. PLEASE use this number.
They will not ask you your name.
CITY OF MONTGOMERY: The city has send us a list of
Recycling Locations. Since the list is pretty detailed, if
you would like to know the locations, please email us and
we will get you a copy. Thanks.
PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOGS: There have been
several complaints that neighbors are walking their dog
and letting it do his or her business in your neighbors
yards. If you see a dog going potty in your yard and the
owner is there watching, take them a plastic bag and ask
them nicely to pick it up. NO DOG SHOULD GO POTTY
IN A YARD WITHOUT THE OWNER PICKING IT UP!!!

TIDBITS: This section is for information for members that
are sick or need something or any other announcement.
Please feel free to email our association to let us know
what is happening. We will be more than happy to put it
in this section.
REMINDER: Look at the members that are listed on our
business site. These people live in Copperfield and pay
their dues. Please use them if you can. Support your
neighbors!!
REMEMBER: Everyone that runs your association
volunteers. They take lots of time from their busy
schedule to help out. Please do something to help
without having to be ask. The more you help out the
better stronger our neighborhood will be.
We have several new neighbors. Please introduce
yourself to them and tell them about the association.
NOTE: NO PARKING IN THE GRASS!! Please call
241-2068 to report this. The new law for the city of
Montgomery is starting in June 2009 if you are parked in
the yard you will receive a ticket on the spot for
$50.00.The city will be spot checking and we will also
report any cars that are in the grass. We want our
neighborhood to look great and a car in the yard is
nothing more than trashy looking.
Our association now has 39 members, that is 24 homes
for the year 2012. Watch for new neighbors and tell
them about our association and encourage them to join.
